Job Description
The Biologics Discovery team is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Scientist to support antibody developability assessment. The role focuses on running biophysical assays to guide progression decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Assay Execution: Implement and run biophysical assays to evaluate antibody stability, aggregation, and non-specific binding using platforms like HPLC (SEC, HIC), polyspecificity ELISAs (BVP), AC-SINS, and DSF.

Data Analysis & Communication: Analyze, visualize, and document data to assist in lead selection, and clearly communicate findings to internal teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with discovery, biology, and development colleagues to integrate data into workflows and help continuously improve the team’s assay platforms.
- BS with 4+ years or MS with 2+ years relevant industry or research experience in Biochemistry, Protein Engineering, or a related field. Exceptional recent graduates with strong relevant training will also be considered.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC-based analytical methods, including SEC and/or HIC, and ELISA-based assays.
