Field Service Engineer – UK (Full?Time, Travel?Focused)

What You’ll Do

Support clinicians by installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced laser and energy?based systems.

Own your territory by planning service visits, coordinating with dispatch, and ensuring customers feel supported.

Diagnose complex issues using your knowledge of electronics, optics, and mechanical components.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unusual cases and share insights that improve product performance.

Promote service excellence through clear communication, professionalism, and a solutions?oriented approach.

Spot opportunities for upgrades, training, and service agreements.
What You Bring
-
Technical degree or equivalent hands?on experience.

Several years working with complex electronic systems; laser experience is a bonus.

Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to think creatively under pressure.

A friendly, confident communication style.

Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.

Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel across the UK and EU without restriction.
