Senior/Executive Medical Director – Rheumatology, EMEA

Required Skills:
- MD degree with board certification or country-specific specialty credential in Rheumatology
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical drug development experience, specifically in Rheumatology
- Proven expertise in clinical trial design, conduct, and data interpretation
- Demonstrated ability to lead medical aspects of clinical development and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed for site visits, meetings, and conferences
- Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance with GCP standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with digital or decentralized clinical trial methodologies
- Prior involvement in regulatory strategy and interactions
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the EMEA region
- Experience with international collaboration and cross-cultural teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Advanced degrees or certifications in clinical research or related fields are advantageous
- Extensive background in Rheumatology within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Past roles involving medical monitoring and leadership in global clinical trials
