We’re seeking an experienced Communication & Change Management Lead to spearhead a major transformation of our Regulatory Intelligence function. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide processes and technology adoption, working at the forefront of innovation within a dynamic global organisation.
In this role, you will craft and execute strategic change management initiatives, develop engaging communication materials, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless and successful transformation. Your expertise will support the adoption of new systems and processes across diverse teams and regions, making a tangible impact on our operational excellence.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or organizational transformation, preferably within regulated industries.
- Proven success managing enterprise-wide process and technology implementations.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and communication toolkits.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex regulatory and business environments and translate them into clear, targeted messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and navigate complex organisational structures.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Compliance, or Life Sciences sectors.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter.
- Background supporting digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Change Management, or a related field.
- A strong track record of leading change initiatives in complex environments for at least 5 years.
