Job Description
Looking for a dynamic leadership role in immunoassay bioanalysis? We’re on the hunt for a passionate BPI – Immunoassay Team Leader to join our growing team at a leading CRO. If you thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoy guiding projects from start to finish, this is your chance to make a real impact.
In this role, you’ll lead and develop a talented team of scientists, oversee ADA, PK, and biomarker studies, and act as Study Director for GLP/GCP studies. Your expertise will drive high-quality results, build strong client relationships, and support business growth. We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in immunoassay bioanalysis, with proven leadership within CRO, pharma, or biotech sectors, and a solid understanding of GLP/GCP standards.
While not mandatory, experience with GLP/GCP compliance, bioanalytical requirements, or project management skills would be a bonus. Candidates should be comfortable working in a regulated environment and able to handle multiple projects efficiently.
