Global Health Economic Evidence Lead

Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in health economics, health technology assessment (HTA), or relevant analytics roles
- Strong expertise in developing and communicating health economic models and evidence
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects independently
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency with health economic modeling tools and software (e.g., Excel, R, TreeAge, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in global or multinational healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of payer and regulatory decision-making processes across different regions
- Familiarity with emerging health economic methodologies and early innovation assessment
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, or related field
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in health economic evidence generation and strategic advising
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely within Europe, excluding candidates from the UK, Germany, or Netherlands
- Own a reliable laptop compatible with VDI requirements, as equipment will not be provided
