Manufacturing Shift Team Leader - (relocation to Greece is essential)

What You’ll Need:
  • A college degree; preferably a B.Sc. in Pharmacy or related field within the pharmaceutical industry
  • 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role within pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic operations
  • Practical experience with CIP/SIP systems, filling and manufacturing processes, and autoclave procedures
  • Ability to promote safety, quality, and operational efficiency

Additional Skills That Shine:
  • Familiarity with GMP and GDP standards
  • Experience working with autoclaves and sterile manufacturing techniques
  • Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving ability
  • Multilingual abilities, especially within European languages, are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Educational background in pharmacy, chemical engineering, or related disciplines
  • Previous experience working in a GMP-compliant production environment, particularly within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work shifts and support operational coverage
  • Eligibility to work within the EU or willingness to relocate from countries such as Poland, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Malta, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, or Belarus
