Manufacturing Shift Team Leader - (relocation to Greece is essential)

What You’ll Need:
- A college degree; preferably a B.Sc. in Pharmacy or related field within the pharmaceutical industry
- 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role within pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of aseptic operations
- Practical experience with CIP/SIP systems, filling and manufacturing processes, and autoclave procedures
- Ability to promote safety, quality, and operational efficiency
Additional Skills That Shine:
- Familiarity with GMP and GDP standards
- Experience working with autoclaves and sterile manufacturing techniques
- Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving ability
- Multilingual abilities, especially within European languages, are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Educational background in pharmacy, chemical engineering, or related disciplines
- Previous experience working in a GMP-compliant production environment, particularly within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work shifts and support operational coverage
- Eligibility to work within the EU or willingness to relocate from countries such as Poland, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Malta, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, or Belarus
