Job Description

Pay is commiserate with experience and ranges between $35-45/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the formulation, development, and optimization of new programs, designs, and prototypes.
  • Participate in research formulating and writing with other staff.
  • Assess new technologies and future applications of technologies.
  • Propose, plan, and manage research projects, report preparation, and presentation of findings.
  • Experiences with coatings in plastic substrates are preferred.
  • Experiences with various coating property / measurement / trouble shooting are desired.
  • Experiences with various PUD (polyurethane dispersion) chemistry are preferred.
  • Stay up to date on developments within their field through methods such as reading academic journals, attending training programs.

Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, 5+ years of experiences; or Master degree, with 2+ years of experiences.
