The Opportunity:
market rate

This position will be within the Chemistry laboratory management function and will require understanding of chemistry and chemistry lab operations. The Temporary Chemistry Laboratory Associate will cross collaborate with various laboratory functions including Medicinal Chemistry, CMC and analytical Chemistry.

This role will involve the following:

  • Maintain the lab supplies and reagents.

  • Managing chemical inventory.

  • New reagents registration.

  • EH&S and compound management team coordination.

  • Support with equipment maintenance and solvent refills.

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • BS or BA in scientific discipline preferably Chemistry or Biology.

  • Experience in safe handling of chemicals.

  • Experience working in an industry chemistry lab is a plus.

  • Academic experience accepted.

  • Must show excellent team player attitude, detail oriented and high organization skills.

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Curious, driven and willingness to learn.
