  • Develop understanding of hospital procurement structures and reimbursement pathways.
  • Travel within and outside NZ as required.
Distributor Development
  • Identify and onboard distributors, sub?distributors and agents.
  • Strengthen partner capabilities through regular communication, training and operational support.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth delivery of products through the network.
Hospital Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Meet with surgeons and procurement teams to share clinical insights and support purchasing discussions.
  • Present clinical evidence, educational material and technical demonstrations.
  • Participate in long?term planning with hospitals and buying groups.
Market Intelligence
  • Map the competitive landscape and capture real?time market information.
  • Maintain structured data on surgeon profiles, procedure volumes, pricing dynamics and hospital behaviours.
  • Monitor upcoming tenders and shifts in purchasing policies.
Compliance & Governance
  • Conduct all activities ethically and in line with organisational standards.
  • Ensure engagement with clinicians and hospitals follows local regulations.
  • Provide required updates or documentation to hospital stakeholders as needed.

  Who You Are
  • At least three years of experience in Hip & Knee reconstruction (specifically implants).
  • Recent and active involvement with orthopaedic theatres.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort operating independently.
