Associate Director, HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a contract basis. This role will support our Corporate Functions and Corporate Strategy organizations while collaborating across the HR enterprise. The HRBP will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, driving people priorities, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with global functional and strategy leaders to align people priorities with business goals, providing organizational insights and thought leadership.
• Collaborate across HR specialties (Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Solutions, Total Rewards, HR Delivery) to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on talent management, organization effectiveness, and people strategy.
• Facilitate leadership and team discussions, workshops, and interventions to strengthen team effectiveness and engagement.
• Manage and support enterprise-level and functional HR projects with strong project management discipline.
• Navigate and influence effectively in a matrixed global organization, fostering collaboration across regions and functions.
• Support succession planning, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience, preferably in global, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and partnering on people strategies in Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Strategy, IT, Communications).
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to drive organizational effectiveness and talent management initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and geographies.
• Comfortable operating in a contract/consultative capacity with agility and adaptability.
