What You'll Bring to the Table – Required Skills
  • Experience in clinical data management across various trial phases and therapeutic areas
  • Strong understanding of GCP, CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM), FDA & ICH guidelines
  • Proficiency with clinical trial systems and tools such as EDC, data review platforms, and metadata repositories
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams to meet project goals
  • Circa 5 years experience in global studies Phases I-IV

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience managing CRO relationships and overseeing vendor activities
  • Background in biotech or in auto-immune and orphan disease clinical studies
  • Knowledge of regulatory inspection and audit processes
  • Familiarity with supporting global studies in diverse therapeutic areas

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related scientific discipline
  • Extensive experience supporting multiple international clinical trials
  • Experience in regulatory submission support and data package preparation
