Associate Director, Technology Evaluation

Required Skills:
  • Degree in life sciences; PhD preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in academia, pharma, or biotech, especially in early-phase oncology research

  • Proven experience in technology evaluation, portfolio assessment, and strategic project management
  • Ability to interpret complex scientific data and communicate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing external collaborations and assessments

Nice to Have Skills:
  • R&D experience with radiopharmaceuticals
  • Knowledge of intellectual property landscapes and funding opportunities
  • Familiarity with drug development pipelines and market landscape analysis

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • PhD in life sciences or equivalent research experience
  • Extensive R&D background in oncology, with a focus on early-stage innovation
