Associate Director, Technology Evaluation

Required Skills:
- Degree in life sciences; PhD preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in academia, pharma, or biotech, especially in early-phase oncology research
- Strong understanding of cancer biology, diagnostics, and therapeutics
- Proven experience in technology evaluation, portfolio assessment, and strategic project management
- Ability to interpret complex scientific data and communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing external collaborations and assessments
Nice to Have Skills:
- R&D experience with radiopharmaceuticals
- Knowledge of intellectual property landscapes and funding opportunities
- Familiarity with drug development pipelines and market landscape analysis
Preferred Education and Experience:
- PhD in life sciences or equivalent research experience
- Extensive R&D background in oncology, with a focus on early-stage innovation
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel as needed to attend meetings and research collaborations
- Strong commitment to compliance and standard operating procedures
