Coronary Area Sales Manager - Spain

A rapidly growing global med?tech organisation is expanding its presence in Spain and is seeking a Coronary Sales Specialist to support a major new product launch. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven commercial professional who thrives on building a market from scratch and influencing clinical adoption across the coronary space.

The team in Spain has grown steadily, with a robust structural heart group already in place. With the coronary division expanding, this role represents a key strategic hire for the country.
The Role
As the Coronary Sales Specialist, you will lead commercial activities for the coronary portfolio across Spain. This is a new and highly entrepreneurial position focused on introducing innovative devices to clinicians, establishing local market presence and driving long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a territory from the ground up, identifying new opportunities and creating strategic approaches to account penetration.
- Engage interventional cardiologists and cath lab teams to demonstrate product value and clinical benefits.
- Build strong, ongoing stakeholder relationships across hospitals and distributor networks.
- Deliver product demonstrations, case support, and training activities as needed.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to share insights and implement commercial strategies.
- Represent the company during national meetings, workshops and internal training events.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ recent experience selling coronary intervention products.
- Background in a leading interventional cardiology manufacturer or distributor highly preferred.
- Maximum of approximately ten years’ sales experience; this role is not targeting current managers.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for opening new doors and driving adoption in early?stage markets.
- Comfortable working autonomously, creating strategy and adapting quickly.
- Excellent relationship?building and communication skills.
