What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions
- Proven problem-solving abilities and resilience to adapt to evolving challenges
- A genuine eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with a good command of French preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the BeNeLux region
- Experience with analytical instruments (such as AA, OES, ICP, ICP/MS) is highly valued, especially for those transitioning from laboratory roles
- For seasoned engineers: experience working in a similar field service position, ideally from a competitor
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional language skills, especially French
- Familiarity with safety and technical documentation standards
- Experience in calibration and maintenance of analytical equipment
Preferred Education & Experience:
- A diploma or equivalent in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of related field service experience or a strong technical background with a willingness to transition into this role
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to support core customer clusters in Antwerp or Brussels, with regional travel expected
- Commitment to maintaining precise documentation, reports, and inventory records
- Ability to perform on-site training and service on sophisticated analytical instruments
