Join Our Team as an Aftermarket Service Engineer
Are you a dedicated engineering professional passionate about maintaining high standards in containment and airflow testing? We’re seeking a proactive Aftermarket Service Engineer to deliver on-site servicing, calibration, and testing of advanced containment products across the UK. This vital role offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, with extensive travel and overnight stays—you’ll be a key player in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting our growth in the specialized pharmaceutical and containment industries.
Required Skills:
- Experience with airflow testing, DOP testing, particle counting/testing
- Electrical and pneumatic fault finding skills
- Ability to work independently in clean rooms and controlled environments
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Background in servicing and commissioning, especially in containment, operating theatres, or clean room environments
- Knowledge of GMP standards and health & safety regulations
- Familiarity with ISO standards and working with sophisticated test equipment
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Engineering apprenticeship or qualifications (HND/HNC)
- Proven experience in airflow, filter integrity, or containment testing within pharmaceutical or similar sectors
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 100%, including overnight stays
- Maintaining a company van and adhering to HMRC expense procedures
- Commitment to health and safety standards and continuous technical development
