Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-3 years of sourcing or executive research experience, ideally within life sciences or a multinational corporation
  • Proven expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong research, market mapping, and competitor analysis skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Highly creative, resourceful, and results-driven with a proactive approach to candidate engagement

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Prior involvement in talent mapping and pipeline building for leadership positions
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance in recruitment processes
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in talent sourcing, executive recruitment, or talent research within a global or life sciences environment

Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work on-site at our Manchester offices, with potential for WFH up to 2 days per week; more on-site presence may be required
  • Commitment to maintaining candidate confidentiality and adhering to GDPR regulations
  • Ability to participate in candidate outreach, initial assessment, and support interview coordination as needed
