What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in Benefits Administration within a complex, multi-country or multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefit information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to interpret benefit policies, support process improvements, and deliver exceptional service
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of regional employment laws and benefits legislation relevant to the UK and Europe
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience within HR Shared Services delivery models
  • Coaching or training skills to develop team or stakeholder capabilities
  • Familiarity with wellness programs and vendor management
  • Experience supporting benefits system implementations and enhancements

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
  • Several years of hands-on Benefits Administration experience in fast-moving, global environments
  • Knowledge of social security programs, vendor management, and compliance frameworks

Other Requirements:
  • This position is office-based with a flexible work model, including 50% remote work
  • Employment to commence in January 2026
  • Must hold valid employment eligibility within the UK
