Coronary Area Sales Manager - Italy

An international medical technology group is strengthening its footprint in Italy and is looking for a Territory Manager to drive commercial activity within the coronary intervention segment. What You’ll Do
In this role, you will become the driving force behind the coronary business across Italy. The focus is on initiating market presence, establishing relationships and supporting clinicians with a new generation of coronary technologies.
Your remit includes:
- Developing the territory from scratch and leading commercial rollout activities.
- Identifying and prioritising hospitals and clinical groups to approach.
- Engaging interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams and hospital stakeholders to introduce the company’s coronary solutions.
- Supporting case activity, product demonstrations and hands?on training.
- Collaborating closely with Italian and international colleagues to align field insights with commercial planning.
- Representing the business in local events, workshops and educational initiatives.

Who They’re Looking For
- At least two years of recent experience selling coronary intervention devices.
- Strong familiarity with interventional cardiology workflows and customer needs.
- Up to around ten years of total commercial experience—ideal for someone still focused on hands?on sales rather than team management.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for opening new accounts.
- Ability to create a commercial plan, build relationships quickly and work independently.
