Quality Control Manager
Job Description
Lead quality management initiatives across a manufacturing site, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Oversee testing of raw materials, intermediate and finished products, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop departmental goals and prioritize initiatives aligned with quality strategies.

Manage evaluation and testing of materials and products, including stability studies, process validation, and investigations.

Collaborate with production, supply chain, and external partners to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.

Maintain and improve quality assessment systems, SOPs, and reporting to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a safe, effective working environment.

Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to strengthen technical capabilities and operational performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or related field.

5+ years of experience in quality control, regulatory compliance, or analytical chemistry.

Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory frameworks, and quality assurance principles.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving and team collaboration.

Japanese: Native or business-level proficiency; English: Business-level proficiency.
