Our client, a leading innovator in the healthcare and diagnostics sector, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join their team in Chicago's vibrant Fulton Market district. This is an exceptional opportunity to impact the commercial organization directly, utilizing your expertise to optimize systems, streamline processes, and empower sales teams to achieve and exceed their targets. Initially a 6-month contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role, this position offers competitive compensation and the chance to work at the forefront of healthcare analytics.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales Operations, Business Systems, or Commercial Analytics
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing or leading a team
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including object design, properties, user access, and data governance
- Expertise in workflow automation, data transformation, and quality control
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or equivalent analytics tools
- Familiarity with managing regulated or clinical data, with HIPAA experience preferred
- Ability to build predictive models and lead scoring frameworks independently
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Palantir or similar advanced data analytics platforms
- Background in life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare industries
- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics workflows, or sales enablement tools
- Comfortable working flexible hours occasionally
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Prior experience supporting or enabling field sales teams
Other Requirements:
- On-site presence required in Chicago, IL, five days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- No travel expectations
- Ability to start immediately and work in a fast-moving, dynamic team environment
