What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience supporting Phase I-III clinical trials in Pharma or CRO settings
- Minimum of 2+ years working in oncology trials; CAR-T experience preferred
- Vendor management expertise, including oversight of central labs, imaging, and IVRS
- Familiarity with monitoring activities, including review of visit reports and protocol deviations
- Prior CRA experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of European regulations and EU-CTR guidelines
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working directly with CROs and vendor oversight in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA/EMEA regulations
- Previous involvement in working with clinical research sites or hospitals
- Experience with clinical systems such as CTMS
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline
- At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within oncology or cell therapy
Other Requirements
- Ability to attend the office three days a week in Uxbridge, UK (hybrid working)
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year as needed
