We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Clinical Trial Management Associate to support our innovative clinical trials within the Oncology Disease/Cell Therapy area. If you have a background in pharma clinical trials, especially in oncology or CAR-T therapies, and thrive in managing complex vendor relationships, this role is your next career move.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience supporting Phase I-III clinical trials in Pharma or CRO settings
  • Minimum of 2+ years working in oncology trials; CAR-T experience preferred
  • Vendor management expertise, including oversight of central labs, imaging, and IVRS
  • Familiarity with monitoring activities, including review of visit reports and protocol deviations
  • Prior CRA experience highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of European regulations and EU-CTR guidelines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience working directly with CROs and vendor oversight in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA/EMEA regulations
  • Previous involvement in working with clinical research sites or hospitals
  • Experience with clinical systems such as CTMS

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline
  • At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within oncology or cell therapy

Other Requirements
  • Ability to attend the office three days a week in Uxbridge, UK (hybrid working)
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year as needed
