About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead commercial activities for our TAVI portfolio within the assigned territory. This role is pivotal in driving growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring patients have access to life-saving therapies.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, provide clinical and technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience. You will act as a trusted partner to cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and hospital decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve sales targets for the TAVI product portfolio within the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize market penetration.

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and procurement teams.
  • Provide product demonstrations, clinical education, and technical support during procedures when required.

  • Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting to management.

  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, clinical specialists, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Support training programs for healthcare professionals and internal staff.

  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
    About You
    • Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in cardiology or structural heart therapies.
    • Strong understanding of TAVI procedures and the interventional cardiology landscape.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
