Description:
What will you be doing?
• Facilitating in the change process. Reviewing product structure and information for accuracy.
• Reviews change requests to
ensure documentation is clear and valid, with enough detail to effectively initiate and drive the change. Ensures that requests conform to change management principles and department procedures / requirements.
• Analyzing the impact of changes to products and their associated documentation and components.
• Reviewing changes to determine interchangeability, and actions appropriately.
• Maintaining the change process documentation to ensure that documentation reflects current policies, procedures, and business practices.
• Facilitating resolution of quality and operational issues in a timely manner.
What will you need to be successful?
• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or IT, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment with a background in Quality,
• Regulatory, Engineering, or IT related field, preferred.
• Must have prior experience reviewing engineering changes (drawings, procedures, product structure) with an aptitude for detail.
• Must be able to work cross-functionally, and possess the ability to negotiate with, or persuade / influence others.
• Must be able to work independently, and drive teams toward completing a common goal.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management principles and tools
• Prior experience using a PLM system; Matrix, Windchill, and SmartSolve preferred.
• Prior experience using an ERP system; SAP preferred.
