What You'll Do:
  • Lead the deployment and ongoing management of the Cornerstone learning platform for operational teams.
  • Evaluate, update, and implement training curricula tailored to specific job roles.
  • Develop and execute follow-up processes to ensure training completion and adherence.
  • Conduct Cornerstone administration training for team members and trainers.
  • Train production coaches and managers on effective platform usage to maximize training impact.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to optimize Cornerstone utilization.
  • Support during customer audits by providing necessary training documentation and evidence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall training initiatives.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience with training coordination or similar roles, preferably with platform implementation.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems, especially Cornerstone.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and update training curricula effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to train staff and stakeholders clearly.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or operational environments.
  • Familiarity with audit preparation and compliance documentation.
  • Basic IT skills and confidence in utilizing various digital tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, platform management, or similar roles.

Other Requirements:
  • Must be based locally or within commuting distance to Bornem, Belgium.
  • Ability to work fully on-site.
