Company Description:
A clinical-stage biotechnology company based in South Korea focused on developing novel targeted protein degradation therapies for oncology.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage small-molecule drug discovery projects.

Oversee collaborative research projects and national research programs.

Supervise laboratory operations and external research partners.
Qualification Requirements:
-
Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.

7+ years in the biotech/pharma industry, with at least 3 years in small-molecule drug discovery.

Experience with clinical trial planning and approvals is a plus.

Fluency in English.
Preferred:
-
Experience with emerging drug modalities such as molecular glues or PROTACs.

Experience in end-to-end small-molecule drug development.
-
Ability to interact with international experts and stakeholders.
