Required Skills:
- 10+ years of comprehensive program management experience, leading large-scale portfolios (>8 million USD)
- Proven success managing end-to-end programs in product development and SaaS environments
- Strong technical acumen, including SaaS architectures, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and scalable product design
- Expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and strategic decision-making across multiple workstreams
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and cross-functional teams effectively
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SDLC) and project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
- Experience working within regulatory frameworks pertinent to life sciences, e.g., FDA, GxP, GDPR
Nice to Have Skills:
- Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries
- Experience leading legacy system modernizations to scalable digital solutions
- Certification in project/program management (PMP, PgMP)
- Multilingual capabilities or additional regional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced degrees or industry-specific certifications are a plus
- Prior experience managing programs within the life sciences sector is highly advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work US hours as needed for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting in Poland, Bulgaria, or Brazil
