What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience managing complex product backlogs and delivering digital solutions within Agile frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and product performance data.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating requirements and trade-offs clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineering, and design.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on quality, value, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in regulated or data-intensive environments, preferably in life sciences or healthcare sectors.
- A track record of mentoring junior team members and fostering Agile best practices.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) clinical platform software.
- Exposure to clinical platform software beyond RBQM.
- Knowledge of SQL, analytics tools, Python, or R to support data-driven decision making.
- Certification in Scrum Product Ownership, Agile, or Product Management.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in a product owner, senior business analyst, or similar delivery-focused role managing digital platforms.
- Experience working in regulated healthcare or enterprise environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance.
