- Develop and review TLFs (tables, listings, figures)
- Perform senior-level QC and validation of outputs
- Develop and maintain macro libraries and standard tools
- Conduct validation and UAT activities
- Create and oversee complex dataset specifications
- Act as the primary programming contact for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with statisticians, PMs, and global stakeholders
- Drive process improvement, SOP development, and best practices
- Stay current with evolving standards (define.xml, CRT, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of SAS programming experience within clinical trials
- Strong expertise in CDISC (SDTM & ADaM)
- Proven experience supporting regulatory submissions (NDA/BLA/MAA)
- Experience acting as a global programming lead or SME
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory frameworks
- Leadership experience (line management or technical leadership)
- Ability to operate independently in complex, global environments
Why apply?
- Fully remote with flexible working
- Exposure to global, high-complexity studies
- Opportunity to step into a true leadership + SME role
- Influence over standards, processes, and team development
- Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders across functions
