Job Description
Job Title: Senior Programmer
Location: Remote – India
Experience: 5+ years
The Role
Act as a Senior Programmer supporting clinical and non-clinical studies, delivering high-quality datasets and outputs in line with project timelines. The role requires strong knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM), the ability to interpret Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), and contribute within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and validate datasets (including SDTM and complex efficacy data)
- Develop outputs, listings, and figures
- Create, review, and maintain dataset specifications
- Develop and debug macros
- Review SAPs and output shells
- Ensure compliance with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
- Support regulatory deliverables (e.g. define.xml packages)
- Lead programming activities at study level
- Act as point of contact for programming-related issues
- Collaborate with statisticians and project teams on deliverables
- Contribute to process improvement and internal training initiatives
- Maintain documentation in line with SOPs

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- SAS programming experience within a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design and processes
- Familiarity with GCP and regulatory frameworks
- Experience working with SDTM and ADaM standards
