Overview
As a Health Economics Manager, you will lead and develop health economic strategies and models that inform decision-making processes across the organization. Your expertise will support the evaluation of product value propositions, pricing strategies, and market access activities. Required Skills
- Proven experience in health economics, health technology assessment (HTA), or market access
- Strong proficiency in health economic modeling and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and reimbursement landscapes
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working within pharmaceutical or biotech industries
- Knowledge of statistical software such as R, SAS, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with clinical trial data and real-world evidence generation
- Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Economics, or related field; a Master’s degree or higher is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in health economics or market access roles
