Field Service Coordinator – EMEA (Technology / Medical Devices)

Location: Brussels, Belgium
Type: Full?time

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a global MedTech company to recruit a highly organised Field Service Coordinator to support their EMEA field service team. This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination between field service engineers, customers, and internal teams across Europe and headquarters.

This is a multifaceted position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?moving environment, enjoys problem?solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Organise and manage schedules for field service engineers across Europe, ensuring timely support for installations, maintenance tasks, and repair visits.

  • Serve as the main communication point for customers, offering updates, resolving questions, and ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish.

  • Work closely with engineers to confirm they have the correct tools, materials, and documentation for each assignment.

  • Provide first?level technical assistance to end users through phone, email, chat, or other digital channels.

  • Create and manage service cases, work orders, and appointment schedules using CRM and ERP systems.

  • Coordinate logistics for service operations, including arranging equipment shipments, returns, and repair?related movements.

  • Support the planning and upkeep of service calendars, resource allocation, and workload distribution.

  • Handle administrative responsibilities such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining service?related documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction through proactive problem?solving and consistent service quality.

  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve service processes and operational efficiency.

  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the wider field service function.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • At least one year of experience in dispatching, customer support, or coordinating field service activities.
    Multilingual skills (English French. German preferred)

  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high?quality support.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Clear and confident communication skills.

  • Experience using CRM and ERP platforms for service or operations management.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background or technical aptitude.
