Clinical Specialist (TAVI) – Romania
Job Description
A global medical device company is growing its structural heart presence in Romania and is seeking a Clinical Specialist focused on transcatheter aortic valve implantation.
This is a hands on clinical role supporting TAVI procedures in cath lab and hybrid theatre environments. The position works closely with interventional cardiologists, anaesthetists and cath lab teams to ensure safe and effective case delivery.
The role
- Provide in procedure clinical support for TAVI cases across Romanian hospitals
- Act as the on site expert for device preparation, set up and procedural flow
- Support cath lab teams during complex structural heart interventions
- Deliver education and training to nurses, technicians and physicians
- Build strong professional relationships with hospital stakeholders
- Collaborate with commercial colleagues to support clinical adoption
Your background
- Registered nurse with hands on cath lab experience
- Exposure to TAVI or structural heart procedures
- Strong understanding of cath lab workflows, sterility and patient safety
- Confident supporting procedures in high pressure environments
- Comfortable working independently and travelling regionally
- Fluent Romanian with working level English
