Join Our Team as a Privacy Consultant – Drive Data Protection Excellence Across Europe!
Are you passionate about safeguarding data and shaping privacy strategies in a dynamic healthcare environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Privacy Consultant to support the development, implementation, and management of data protection and privacy activities across Europe. This fully remote role offers the chance to work on impactful projects within a leading organization, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations while influencing stakeholder decisions at all levels.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong expertise in data protection and privacy, with a solid understanding of GDPR and EMEA regulations.
- Proven experience managing Data Subject Rights Requests, incident escalation, and conduct risk assessments.
- Excellent stakeholder influence skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders and working across diverse teams.
- Experience supporting clinical activities and working within healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
- Proficiency in working with Works Council in Germany and monitoring new privacy legislation within EMEA.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Previous involvement in privacy impact assessments or business consulting related to data protection.
- Knowledge of internal training programs on privacy and security policies.
- Additional language skills relevant to the EMEA region.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in data protection, privacy, or legal compliance with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, information security, healthcare administration, or related fields; advanced certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM are a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting across various European time zones.
- Willingness to start as soon as possible.
- Prior experience supporting healthcare-related activities is advantageous.
