We are seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Manager to oversee and coordinate international regulatory sciences, ensuring our organization remains compliant, competitive, and ahead of industry standards. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence regulatory pathways across Europe and beyond, making a meaningful impact on healthcare worldwide.
Key Skills:
- Extensive understanding of EMA regulatory requirements and processes
- Proven experience in international regulatory sciences within the life sciences or pharmaceuticals industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a focus on regulatory strategy development and problem-solving
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable plans
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks beyond EMA, such as FDA or ICH guidelines
- Experience with regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, and compliance audits
- Languages beyond English would be advantageous
- Experience working in a matrixed or multicultural environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of regulatory experience, with a significant portion in senior or managerial roles within the pharma or biotech sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing international regulatory projects and teams
Other Requirements:
- Location in or near Maidenhead, UK, with a hybrid work arrangement (primarily remote, with occasional attendance at the office)
- Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings or regulatory inspections
- Relevant certifications in regulatory affairs (e.g., RAC) are a plus
