Associate Director, Payer Evidence & HEOR, Global Value & Access

What You’ll Bring to the Role–Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in HEOR, health economics, or payer evidence within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proven expertise in designing and executing HEOR and real-world evidence (RWE) generation strategies
- Strong understanding of global healthcare systems, payer landscapes, and reimbursement pathways
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in health economic modeling and data analysis
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex data into compelling insights for diverse audiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a focus on value demonstration and market access strategies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within global markets across multiple regions
- Knowledge of regulatory science and interactions with health authorities
- Familiarity with advanced data analytics, real-world data sources, and innovative evidence generation methodologies
- Prior experience managing or mentoring teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Advanced degree (PhD, Master’s, or equivalent) in health economics, epidemiology, public health, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience in HEOR, market access, or health economics roles
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing payer evidence strategies at a global level
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approx. 20-30%)
- Professional memberships or certifications in relevant fields are a plus
