Director, Market Access, Global Value & Access
Take the lead in shaping worldwide health outcomes as the Director of Market Access, Global Value & Access. This strategic position offers a unique opportunity to drive the development and execution of innovative market access strategies, ensuring that life-changing therapies reach patients across diverse global markets. As a key leader within a dynamic organization, you will leverage your expertise to navigate complex healthcare landscapes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence health policy decisions to optimize product value and patient access.
What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrated expertise in global market access strategies within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex health economic data and value dossiers
- Exceptional stakeholder management and persuasive communication abilities to engage with health authorities, payers, and healthcare providers
- Proven leadership experience in developing and executing comprehensive access plans
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome market barriers and foster innovative solutions
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
- Experience with real-world evidence generation and health economics modeling
- Multilingual capabilities reflecting global outreach
- Knowledge of emerging healthcare trends and digital health solutions
Ideal Educational Background & Experience:
- Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, or PhD) in health economics, public health, life sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in market access, health economics, or related roles within pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
- Prior leadership roles with a track record of successful global market launches and access strategy implementation
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed (approximately 20-30%)
- Professional certifications in health economics or related fields are advantageous
