Job Description

A small biotech focused on helping dogs live longer, healthier lives is looking to add a part-time Quality Admin (Document Control) to their team. Their products center on preventive care, targeting the root causes of age-related diseases to delay onset and reduce impact. This role will support QMS-related documentation and processes, with a focus on organizing and maintaining quality documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Document formatting and creation (including fillable PDFs)
  • Manage document workflows within the Zen QMS system
  • Reformat training materials and create training assignments
  • Track and follow up on quality events (deviations, CAPA, change controls, training, periodic reviews)
  • Organize and maintain quality documentation

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in quality document control
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working within QMS environments
  • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (including file conversions, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of reliability with strong document management skills
