Operations Analyst

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Support cross-functional teams with insightful reports and recommendations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed performance reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to Have Skills:

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations analysis or a similar role
