What You’ll Do:
- Support the supply chain team with insightful reporting and data preparation to enhance decision-making.
- Assist Supply Planners with timely procurement activities across a designated product portfolio.
- Ensure the accuracy of inputs critical to production planning and replenishment cycles.
- Monitor and manage the Customer Demand tool (ATP) to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Execute special assignments and improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s in Economics, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, SAP, and Office suite.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French–bilingual communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- A team player with a proactive mindset and a high standard of quality awareness.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with supply chain optimization tools and methodologies.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates should have access to their own laptop for work purposes.
- This position is based in Brussels, with a requirement to be onsite two days per week.
- The contract runs until the end of December 2026, offering a full-time engagement.
