Procurement Excellence Process Manager – Manchester, UK

Key responsibilities include harmonizing Purchase to Pay (P2P) procedures across multiple locations, developing detailed work instructions, and championing continuous improvement projects. You will be instrumental in advancing procurement data strategies, supporting system implementations, and providing insightful analytics to drive efficiencies. Required Skills:

  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in procurement process management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of P2P workflows, procurement master data, and ERP systems
  • Proven ability to develop, document, and implement process work instructions (Level 5)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and training skills
  • Experience with process automation and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Data validation, testing, and analytics capabilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with system implementations and data modeling
  • Knowledge of global procurement standards and GPO guidance
  • Skilled in developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies and broader supply chain processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years in procurement process roles, preferably in global or matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated success in process optimization and ERP system utilization

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days per week in Manchester office)
  • Ability to support and lead cross-site projects and initiatives
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance and process consistency globally
