Senior EHS Compliance Engineer

As a Senior EHS Compliance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations meet the highest environmental, health, and safety standards. What You’ll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA)
- Proven experience in EHS compliance auditing, reporting, and risk assessment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs and procedures
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external regulators
- Proficiency in EHS management systems and software
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or a regulated industry
- Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques
- Familiarity with environmental permits and sustainability initiatives
- Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NEBOSH
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in EHS compliance or related roles, preferably within a regulated industry
- Demonstrated success managing EHS compliance programs at a senior level
Other Requirements:
- Relevant professional certifications and continuing professional development are highly valued
