Senior EHS Compliance Engineer

As a Senior EHS Compliance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations meet the highest environmental, health, and safety standards. What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA)
  • Proven experience in EHS compliance auditing, reporting, and risk assessment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs and procedures
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external regulators
  • Proficiency in EHS management systems and software

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or a regulated industry
  • Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with environmental permits and sustainability initiatives
  • Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NEBOSH

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in EHS compliance or related roles, preferably within a regulated industry
  • Demonstrated success managing EHS compliance programs at a senior level

Other Requirements:

  • Relevant professional certifications and continuing professional development are highly valued
