Sr Test Engineer
Job Description

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in EE or CE
Years’ Experience Required: 4 years
Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- · Proficiency in software skills such as: LabView and TestStand
- · Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
- · Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
- · Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
- · Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
- · Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
- · Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work and contribute in a team-based environment
- · Exposure to digital and analog functional testing in a lab or work setting. Hands on experience with lab equipment: Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, DMM, etc
Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
