Clinical Sales Representative, Infusion – Benelux
Job Description
Field based Netherlands and Flanders region
We are supporting a growing medical technology organisation in the search for a clinically strong sales professional to join their team in a field based role covering the Netherlands and parts of Belgium.
This role is ideal for an ICU nurse looking to transition into a commercial position while staying close to patient care and clinical practice.
The role
You will act as the clinical expert within the sales team, supporting hospitals with the implementation and optimisation of infusion-based solutions. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, providing hands-on product demonstrations, clinical training, and ongoing support.
You will build long term relationships across ICU, anaesthesia, and oncology environments and play a key role in driving adoption of innovative technologies.
Key responsibilities
* Provide clinical expertise to customers and internal teams
* Deliver product demonstrations and training tailored to hospital settings
* Support sales colleagues in advancing opportunities with clinical insight
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
* Develop a network of clinical advocates across your territory
* Monitor market activity and support positioning of solutions
* Collaborate cross functionally with marketing and international teams
Your profile
* ICU nurse with strong exposure to infusion systems
* Experience working with multiple medical device brands in a clinical setting
* Clear motivation to move into a field based commercial role
* Confident communicator able to engage clinical stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
* Commercial mindset with willingness to develop sales capabilities
* Native level Dutch and fluent English
* Based in central or southern Netherlands or Flemish Belgium with flexibility to travel
Experience required
* 3 years clinical experience in a high acuity setting
* Prior exposure to medical devices in practice
* First commercial or application experience is a plus
