Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biologics labeling, regulatory affairs, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements, including labeling change control and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage controlled records and documentation processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into clear operational strategies
  • Proficiency in managing change control processes and labeling systems

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with linguistic review and translation processes for product labels
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in pharmaceutical labeling
  • Familiarity with metrics and reporting tools related to labeling workflows
  • Prior experience working within regulated environments, such as ISO standards or industry certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical labeling or regulatory support roles
  • Previous leadership experience managing labeling or regulatory teams is highly desirable

  • Ability to work remotely within the UK
  • Willingness to support global compliance initiatives and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes
  • This role may require flexibility in working hours to coordinate with global teams
