Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biologics labeling, regulatory affairs, or related fields
- Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements, including labeling change control and compliance
- Proven ability to manage controlled records and documentation processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into clear operational strategies
- Proficiency in managing change control processes and labeling systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with linguistic review and translation processes for product labels
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in pharmaceutical labeling
- Familiarity with metrics and reporting tools related to labeling workflows
- Prior experience working within regulated environments, such as ISO standards or industry certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical labeling or regulatory support roles
- Previous leadership experience managing labeling or regulatory teams is highly desirable

- Ability to work remotely within the UK
- Willingness to support global compliance initiatives and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes
