Sales Engineer – Germany
Job Description
A global medical technology organisation is seeking a commercially focused product professional to drive growth across emerging segments. This role will play a critical part in shaping go to market strategy, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening market adoption across Europe.
The role
You will act as a strategic partner to sales, business development, and regional marketing teams, defining clear value propositions and positioning solutions effectively within evolving markets. You will combine commercial insight, technical understanding, and customer engagement to accelerate growth.
Key responsibilities
- Drive market expansion and regional adoption across emerging product segments in collaboration with sales and business development teams
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to deliver integrated customer solutions
- Define and refine segment specific value propositions supported by competitive analysis
- Develop commercial tools such as ROI and TCO models to support complex sales cycles
- Build strong customer advocacy through reference sites, case studies, and industry engagement
- Support market shaping initiatives including engagement with policy and regulatory stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic planning and commercial direction across the business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics
- Five years experience in commercial roles within medical technology, intralogistics, or a related industry
- Strong Key Account Management experience and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to work within cross functional and matrix environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with solid analytical and project management capability
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
