Description

The Global Clinical Strategy Lead for Orthopedics and Robotics is responsible for developing and executing global clinical and economic evidence generation strategies to support new product introduction, expand adoption, and ensure continued regulatory approval and market access. This role works across the full product lifecycle, partnering closely with cross-functional teams–including R&D, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, HEOR, medical affairs, and marketing–to align evidence strategies with business and regulatory needs. The Lead identifies clinical evidence gaps and develops comprehensive global evidence plans, including study designs, publication strategies, and claims support. They also play a key role on new product development teams, ensuring timely integration of clinical strategy into development and regulatory pathways. Externally, the role engages with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and research partners to generate high-quality clinical evidence using company-sponsored studies, investigator-initiated research, and real-world data. Overall, the position ensures that the Orthopedics and Robotics portfolio is supported by robust, strategically aligned evidence that drives adoption and long-term commercial success.

Minimal Qualifications:

  • Qualification and experience in engineering, design, scientific, clinical subject (Orthopedic Experience in Med Device and Robotics) or related field
  • Staff/ Lead: BS plus 6 years’ experience or MS plus 3 years’ experience or PhD plus 1 year’s experience
