Required Skills:

- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships across departments
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Baccalaureate degree in Life Sciences, Data Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical data management or related fields
- Prior experience working on international or multi-site clinical studies

- Ability to work remotely from Bulgaria
- Willingness to collaborate across time zones and adapt to project needs
