Job Description

* Accurately and consistently completes all daily quality acceptance activities of all critical items and reviews discrepancies with Quality
Assurance.
* Unloads trucks, verifies incoming shipment quantities against packing slips and purchase orders and processes purchase order receipts
transaction.
* Processes inventory and movement journal transaction daily in computerized system.
* Restocks warehouse materials, following FIFO practices.
* Reviews Kanban supplies and replenishes as needed by physically moving the inventory and making the inventory adjustments in the
system.
* Makes deliveries to departments and obtains end user department signatures as required.
* Completes daily inventory cycle counts for inventory items to ensure accuracy.
* Contributes to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goals.

Qualifications & Technical Competencies
* High school diploma required.
* Associate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally. Use of a forklift or pallet jack maybe required.
* Forklift certification if performing unloading activities and maintain compliance with recertification requirements as needed.
* Items are stored vertically up to 6-7 feet, and some lifting of items above the shoulders for storage on top shelves is required.
* 2 to 4 years of inventory control and receiving experience preferred.
* Strong PC skills for internet-based searches and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and computerized purchasing
and inventory control systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Position requires regular on site attendance.
* Must be able to use computerized purchasing and inventory control system.
* Must be able to develop through on the job experience, and apply a knowledge of regulatory bodies, regulatory requests, GMP/GLP
regulations, ISO 17025 and ISO 13485.
* Must be able to develop through on the job experience, and apply a knowledge of 21 CFR 820
o Subpart E Purchasing Controls 21 CFR 820.50 (a)
o Subpart H Acceptance Activities 21 CFR 820.80 (a) and (b)
o Subpart L Handling 21 CFR 820.140, Storage 21 CFR 820.150 (a) and (b).
