What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement flexible income plans tailored to business needs
- Analyze existing income schemes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness

- Participate in briefing calls and project meetings, contributing innovative ideas and strategic insights
- Manage project deadlines and deliverables to support overall business objectives
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in income planning, compensation design, or related consulting roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to income schemes
- Experience working in a multinational or highly regulated industry
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
- Previous experience with hybrid work models and flexible working arrangements
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation consulting, payroll, or financial analysis
